Step 4 - Pre-pack, pack & load (furniture dismantling upon request)

Proper material will be adopted for various items. For PC, fax machine and copier etc., blankets, bubble wrap and cardboard paper, to be used as appropriate, and will be moved on special trolleys designed for such transportation. Experienced technician plus careful operation minimize the disruption.

Step 5 - Transport & Deliver (reassembling if necessary)

The closed lorries are being used for bulk packed commodity; the microbus with sound cushioning ability is being adopted to transport servers.
All items, labeled according to employee and office area, will be placed and unpacked as requested.

Step 6 - After move

OTTO will be responsible for packing material's cleaning after move.
Bins emptied at later dates will be picked up by OTTO.

Senior managers, engineers etc. should visit clients to collect their requirements and concerns. Then the professionals will estimate the volume of items to be moved.

To submit the quotation and confirm the tailor made proposal of your relocation.

Step 3 - Send packing materials (box, label and adhesive tape)

We recommend plastic boxes for items, which call for short time moving and immediate unpacking, and paper boxes for those that won't be involved in unpacking for a time. Other materials such as wadding, corrugated paper, trunks and rugs will come in handy if necessary. OTTO suggests to send packing materials to you one week before move.
